Data Extraction: Using Apify, the system automatically logs into PARTech, extracts store-level sales data, and fetches daily reports.
Workflow Orchestration: With Zapier, reports are scheduled and routed through the pipeline without human intervention.
Cloud Processing: A Google Cloud Run service processes the raw Excel Files, cleans the data, applies formatting, and generates consolidated daily sales summaries.
Delivery: Finalized reports are automatically delivered to ARJH leadership every morning - ready before the workday begins.
